green eggs and ham

o.k., my nephew snapped this with his pocket phone

Now, i have not been practicing 'food porn', and this is not the shots they take. With a few drops of green and blue color of dye, which we use for Easter eggs, added to whisked eggs, and now invisible green herbs, we have green eggs and ham. Now, at one point the eggs looked like sponge rubber; perhaps it was the addition of milk, which usually is not added by us. This does not look wonderful, but it tastes all right. So, it is ready for consumption for the recalcitrant you know, and for the Rafael Cruzs of the world, huevos verdes con jamón.
