en passant

Sandy Ridge, North Ridgeville Ohio

This was yesterday's my most interesting photo. I believe, this is the same pair of sandhill cranes i photographed before. They walked out of the water, just a few feet away from where i had seen, and pictured, them before. It is something, as with Thibodeaux the pelican, and some of the other recent bird celebrities about Ohio (there is a white hummingbird in a Columbus metropark [click]). They are lost migrants that have chosen to camp out in a spot. They are migrants whom favor a locale, similar to people.
