Ukrainians in Parma

   Parade begins on State Road, travelling north.

To-day, in Parma, the Ukrainians had a parade. Many people have come to America, in part, to freely practice their religion and customs. The Ukrainians have several churches of the Eastern rites, most Orthodox. Parma has several parishes.

The truck that pulled the float in the previous foto, also was carrying this. Sunflowers are beautiful crop that grow in Ukraine.
 
 It looks like Normandy High School's cheerleaders are now the Dazzlers.
