Eastwood has lost his mind, and is truth an American value?

Sometime back, the actor Charlie Sheen lost his mind. He was very entertaining, but really sad. His personal life was a circus, and episodes were minor public scandals. Charlie looked like a likable guy, but his problems were self-inflicted, and larger than himself.

Clint Eastwood is an aged actor and movie maker. His cowboy persona included characters that spoke little, and did not always have a name. He did some great work, and some thought provoking work.

I know Republicans to be raging hypocrites and liars; and the rest idiots and lunatics. I used to watch both parties' conventions, I remember watching Reagan's convention in 1980. I may have seen some of his 1984. The crap after that i could not.

The absolute mendacity of these politicos is wondrous. Cheney and the bushes, and now Romney and Lyin Ryan. The media was scared to call the former on it, and the current pair have been called on it, but dismiss repeated assertions of contradicting facts.

Apparently, Clinton Eastwood Jr., was talking to a chair with an invisible President Obama in it during his Republican speech. He also made some comment about why lawyers should not be president, and business men should. Either Clint did not know, or care, that Romney has a law degree from the same school that Obama has; and Romney passed the bar in Michigan; also Jimmy Carter was a businessman.
The talking (arguing) with a chair bit, has been copied on the internets. The funniest one i saw is supra, a parrot (perfect, Republicans all repeat the same rehearsed nonsense) eastwooding. This activity has gotten a name. Many people have taken fotos of someone pointing to furniture, and posting it. It is a quick fad that will die out like 'planking'.

Back to Ryan, everything he says is suspect; and when easily shown false, he ignores the confirmation. Before in journalism, and in history, hell, i had a third grade teacher Mrs. Ruth Arnold that taught us the 5 'W's in writing (Who, What, Where, When, Why). Well, when is easy. There are clocks, and calendars. Lyin Ryan complains about Barack Obama closing a GM car plant in Janesville, Wisconsin. In logic, one must know an event is not caused by someone coming after the event. Time and causation only go forward in reality; if one enjoys science fiction, well fine, but that is fiction.
See fotos: above: last car assembled in Janesville -- 23 December 2008.

Now, the most recent lie by Ryan that has been uncovered is about the many marathons he ran. What our boy genius didn't realise is that these things are documented. The liberal media that found this is Runner's World. Ryan says his best time was under three hours. He has run one marathon. The time was just over 4 hours. Saturday Night Live used to have Jon Lovitz portay a pathological liar, Tommy Flanagan. Romney, Ryan -- yeah that's the ticket.
See, that's the thing. It never stops, the double standards, the lying, the meanness, the cheating, the stupidity, the greed, the fantasies, the fictions. It is amazing that the Republicans win any elections without fraud.
