I have been looking at the spring bloom of daffodils at Lake View Cemetery since 2012. This is easily, the best in that memory. In this time of respiratory plague, some people have time, but few places to go; and this spot is great. Only thing that was needed was more light. It was grey, and the sun could not burn through the clouds. If the sun was out, the color would have been more brilliant still.

 

2020 Miscellany #5

I have been taking these shots as a passenger on the new innerbelt bridge. I will keep taking them, until at least one pleases me.

Holy Saturday, drive by Easter basket food blessing at St. Casimir Cleveland.

It is 2020, and the Cultural Garden Centennial Peace Plaza is nearing completion.

Cleveland Art Museum is closed, and they have cloaked these ridiculous rocks.

Brookside Metropark sakura (cherry blossom) has few open buds. April  10th.

Good Friday (April 10th). Parma. This guardian goose is the sentinel for a score of his comrades in the cement bordered pond. His stance is half way between a strutting turkey, and a sumo wrestler.
