A corner of Ridge and Ridgewood is Parma's City Hall. Going west on the south side is a mall. East side has a bank, a public park, and houses. It was a very peaceful crowd. Someone had a megaphone and sang the National Anthem, and later from Les Miserables, Do you hear the people sing? There was rain early on.a well quoted umbrella
