Northern Ohio Traction and Lighting Company was an electric interurban railway that was the product of mergers of different lines from c,1900 to 1926. This is only the second of Kyle Holbrook's peace signs i have seen. He has painted these all over the United States on his Gun Violence Awareness National Tour. This one was in the alley between two buildings.
This 1899 Post Office is also part of Akron Art Museum, it is directly across the Carnegie Library. The lanterns are reproductions of the originals. The outside architectural details of these two buildings are high quality beauties.
