Donald has the ability to pull his face into funny looks, and sometimes combined with gestures into a picture of goofiness.

The Clemson Tigers were the college football champions. Trump ordered fast food sandwiches to be sent to the State Dining Room. Donald is quite happy in this picture, and is displaying 'jazz hands'.
