jazz on St. Clair

At East 100th and St. Clair there are four paintings of some of the most known, and loved jazz musicians. They were painted on plywood, and the weather is separating the plywood. I would like to know who painted them, and when they were installed. I asked Mr. Googly and his friends, and nothing came up. I photographed these before, and wanted to do so again; but every time i passed by, it was a grey, and overcast day. I did Easter Sunday.
It is better, the bottom part came off, than the top.

This is the building, the second floor windows became pictures.
