Labor Day morning foto safari

coreopsis field, Huntington Metropark, Bay Village
By folk, and media, usage in the United States, summer begins with Decoration/Memorial Day, and ends with Labor Day. Year following year, i notice it is time to visit the same sites. A new addition is this field of flowers. Monday, the weather was easy and conducive for sightseeing, and random driving about. The traffic, excepting Edgewater Park, was light. Also made it to Maria's Sunflower Field in Avon, but the flowers were not up. In the past, they have changed varieties, but early September some at least would be in bloom.

Other people ride with wolves too.

This stunted tree grows above Lake Erie, next to Avon Lake electric plant, sort of bonsai shaped.
Tyler Barn is in Rocky River Metropark, and was seen in a car commercial.
Wayne style visible gas pump came in 1923. Texaco Fire Chief gasoline started in 1932, banjo sign in 1936. This was in someone's driveway, don't know whether it is a mixed replica, or not.
